I know this is from the family Faviidae and of either Favia or Favites. I've looked everywhere and can't figure out how to tell the difference. Can anyone help identify this one?

I agree with Melosu. It's a Favites. You can tell because the walls between the individual "polyps" are shared. In Favia sp. the walls are seperated and each "polyp" is seperate with it's own cell wall.
