Weird lesions on catfish

Hi, can anyone recognise or give me any advice as to what these marks are on my fish please? My tank parameters are "normal" and I have a 200l bow front tank. This has come on over the last few days. He was perfect before that. Any help appreciated. Thankyou.

Can ask what is normal for your parameters? Water change schedule?

He appears to have some type of ulcers with fungus starting to grow around the outside of the sores. Ulcers are caused by various types of bacteria. I would quarantine him and treat him with a broad spectrum antibiotic and frequent wcs. Tetra's fungus med contains two antibiotics plus an antifungal medicine. If they do not start to heal over with this, you may need a stronger antibiotic.
