What are these white lumps?

I only cleaned out my sump a few weeks back and it was as clean as the return chamber which is my focus area for maintenance when I open the cupboard. Tonight I found what looks to be a back limpet in my return chamber and I have no idea how it could have got in there. I have never seen one in that tank-only my smaller one. So then when I had a look at the other side, it is full of white lumps and there are larger gel like sacs in there too. Any idea what it is? I don't want to put my hand in there to clean it out lol

It looks like sponge to me. The small white circles are fan worms. Spirorbid worms-

The top looks like exactly what you suspect it to be, black limpet, elephant slug...they have a couple of names. Cool find.

 

[Reefing Madness]

Those are called Pileolaria Worms. Harmless, no need to bother with them.
Next to it is a Limpet, those are good also.
Next to that is a Amphipod, and those are also good.

Thanks everyone for your comments. They don't look like that pic unfortunately...they are more transparent and irregular in shape. I will try to get a better pic tonight.
