No those are all yellow this is a pink red and tail is yellow here is a better pic

Do an image search on Pseudanthias dispar to see how it compares.

If it has a red dorsal fin, and electric blue pin-stripes at the top and bottom of the tail, it's a Dispar. Dispar will also have an odd little point on its top lip
Lyretails are predominantly orange, dorsal included, with no blue stripes at tail, and no point at the mouth.
