Hard to see much, not entirely sure what im looking at. A few more pics could help possibly.

It is! here is a picture I found online while looking up anemones, it's look just like the one I have



What should I do?

Strawberry anemone! They'll stay small and not bother anything unless they happen to go for a walk across your corals. I believe they mostly stay in dimmly lit areas and prefer colder water.

I'm not sure if the anemone is ok in the midst of your zoas, but if the zoas don't mind him then neither should you.
