What is this on my flowerpot?

What is this growing out of my flowerpot? There's some growing inside my overflow. I haven't noticed them anywhere else.

Yea they almost look like a qtip a little longer head tho

It's probably a filter feeder of some sort

Isn't a filter feeder an animal of sorts? This looks more like something stationary that's growing and multiplying rather quickly. Especially out of the flowerpot sps. Its taking over cavities that once had actual flower pot tentacles

How do rid my tank of them?

Just get tweezers a pull them off

They are self controlling, they produce bc of too many silicates in the tank- at least from my reading.
