What is this White Tube Thing??? :)

This white tube grew quick over a period of a couple of weeks, now there are a few other white tube babies in other sections of the tank. It is a white translucent tube about 2/3 inch tall with a tiny clear fan sticking out of the top of it.

What is this thing???

Looks like a q-tip sponge, scyphids?? spelling?? Looks like a tiny white pineapple...right? Harmess and quite common.
