New to salt water there are several of theses on my live rock?

Is it a sponge? Hard to tell exactly from the pic.

I think that is a tunicate

Could be, tunicates usually have a more pronounced mouth though don't they?

Either way, I'd vote it is harmless.

Yeah they do but I've definitely seen tunicates that color. It's one of the two lol, definitely harmless

Again, hard to tell, perhaps vermitids? Maybe google that and see if it is a match. If so they are pretty much harmless.
