Some Back Ground:
So at our house there is a ses(sp?) pond. But upon watching the pool for a couple weeks after we moved in (2 yrs ago) there were fish in there, black cat fish (only get about as big as a pictus cat), snakes in the summer and spring. Now there are turtles that we found in a old broken down pool also on the property. We have moved about 10-20 turtles to the pond. There are like 5 babies in the pool, they are adorable! Like last summer we moved like 5 fish into the pool and now there are a BUNCH!

Questions:
But anyways There are a couple pictures of a fish below, I was wondering what kind of fish it is?

Also, both in the pool and the pond, are some fish with feathery white fungus growth things on their fins. I found on the the fish with it and caught it, put in in a jar of dechlorinated water+melafix+salt. The growths have since then fallen off. If I hadn't have change the water in the jar, I could have taken a picture, but I needed to change the water :p Do you know what it is?

^ Thats what they look like

Feeder Guppies? Wild Guppies?

They are some type of Livebearer, but I don't think they are mosquitofish.
The largest male I have seen was about 1 inch, but no more than 1 1/2 inches. The female is closer to 2 inches.

Yea, she was. She hadn't eaten in a couple days. But she looked like that when I found her, so who knows how long she went without eating.

Look like gambusia (aka mosquito fish ) to me.
In some population the males have a black and white marbled pattern.
In many populations they have the color of the females.
