What type of Fish was this ?

I am looking for a fresh water fish. It was Greenish Yellow in most of the body. However in the center on it's "belly" I guess there was a bright purple. I saw him at my local Fish store but he didn't look to healthy he was tweeting and Jittering .

Hmm, sounds like ti could be a Green Spot or figure 8 Puffer. They are actually brackish, and can only survive a short period oft time in freshwater. Another possibility could have been a peacock gudgeon. Do some more research and go back and ask what it was, I'm sure they'll help you.
