Whats this white web looking stuff in my tank?

What is it? Its growing on my airline tubing. Help? is it harmful?

I am guessing it is a fungus of some sort but a picture would be very helpful.

Does it look anything like this?

I had this not long after setting up my tank. Never got to bottom of what it was. Removed what I could with a net and the rest just went after a week or so. Didn't affect my Betta.

It looks like that. Its on my airline tubing though so the bubbles pushed some off but its still there.

Everyone seems to agree its fungus and completely harmless. It'll go in time.

Yep, it's a fungus and completely harmless. It is sometimes caused by overfeeding. Maybe consider feeding a bit less from now on.

Ok. Another question. Why isn't my guppy eating. Only my platy will.

Could be stress? Give it a few days and see if it will eat.

I got my platy and guppy on Sunday. My guppy still won't eat and he doesn't move much. He kinda just sits at the top or a the bottom.
