Found this in my tank last night and have no idea what it is. Any thoughts? Good or bad? It is on the inside of the front glass and is about 1.25 inches tall. Its not moving so I suspect its attached to the glass. Kinda looks like a small string of pearls.

Thanks,
John

I believe those are snail eggs. Unfotunately, I do not know which kind. I know that isn't much help, but I have seen others with that same question before.

If Bumblebee snails are the only snails you have in your tank, I would guess they were the culprit. HTH

I have the same thing in my tank and when I ran the mag float over it, it got stuck like some sort of mucose material.

yep, most likely snail eggs. No reason to remove them. Most critters in your tank will snack on them. Those that survive become more snails for your tank, which is usually a good thing. :D
