When can I introduce my new cichlids

I just bought 3 yellow labs, roughly 1.5 inches, and will be growing them out in a 20 gallon long tank. I have a 75 gallon tank with fish between 4 and 6 inches long. 2 red zebras, a red peacock, cobalt blue, and maingano. How big should my labs be before I can add them to the 75?

General rule is that it depends entirely on hiding places. If you've got lots, you could add anytime. If none, and the smallest one can fit in the biggest one's mouth, it'll end up there.

+1 I have a 1" ngara flametail in a tank with a 6" electric blue, a few 5" aulonocara, and a few others, but he has tons of places to hide, and is doing just fine.
