White dot on Rasbora's mouth

I just noticed that 2 of my harlequin Rasbora's have a white dot on their mouths..
Is this some sort of ich, what should I do?

You should first compare it to pics to make sure it's ich. If it is, I would advise raising the temperature in your tank to 86F (1 degree per hour) and doing daily WC. The other thing to do would be read up on the disease so you understand what you're dealing with. Here are good articles to start you off. Good luck.

It doesn't look like ich, more like a mouth fungus...
