white spot on the tail?

Today my Purple Firefish has a white spot on its tail. It is located on the same part of the tail on both sides of the fish which says to me that it is not some sort of fungus. its not raised, or bumpy or anything. its just a spot.

any Ideas?

Now its gone. Must be some sorta mood ring feature. Lets you know what kinda mood your fish is in.

I have noticed that firefish think it is trendy to wear the occasional mood ring. Personaly, i just find it "trendy" and think your fish is going thru a phase.
