white stringy thingy

i'm new so sorry to bother but today i noticed these white stringy thingy's. anyone know what it is. my tank is about 3 weeks old now. live rock has been in for 2 weeks.I get really excited when i see new things growing. Sorry its a horrible picture. all i got is an iPhone and if you own an iPhone you know my pain on horrible pictures.

I'm thinking its the casings of mini dusters Cant see that great but I believe so,
 
they can be removed with a tooth brush , I had them couldn't stand looking at them
there called gulf of Mexico tube worm , otherwise called bone eating worms
they are ugly but they are harmless
