white stuff

hi guys i have 2 striped raphael catfish and they have white fungus looking stuff on their heads any idea what it is and how to get rid of it? i'm sorry but i cant get pictures of them they are camera shy

You should look up columnaris, to see if it seems like what they have. If so, it's pretty serious and needs quick treatment. Good luck!

thats not it it almost looks like when your in the sun to long and you start peeling
