Will Ferts effect Stock?

[Basefrog]

I have a 23L planted tank and was going to stock it with some Cherry shrimp, Amano Shrimp and Cardinal Tetras.

Is there any types of ferts I should avoid? And which ones should I get?
CO2 is added.

Floura:
- Hemianthus callitrichoides (Baby Dwarf Tears)
- Eleocharis acicularis (Dwarf Hairgrass)
- Pogostemon helferi
