worm identification (New Pics)

picked up a small rock from the lps and know i have been seeing clear long worms can anyone tell me what they are and if they should be removed this rock i full of them Thanks

not sure what they are called, maybe spagetti worms, but i have tons of them. they eat detritus and are a good sighn of life in the rock i believe. maybe someone knows the name of them. i think its one worm with 2 or 3 thin white tenticles.
