Those qualify for really low light plants. Ive used em before. They arent bright at all. Id save your money and buy a t5ho or something in those terms

Those are single bright LEDs, not double bright - so, they're not the right color temperature to grow plants under. I would get a T5HO fixture as mentioned before.
