ok so if i wast to take some porcelain from my filter from an established tank and but them in a new tank to speed skip the cycle prosses..its alredy been running for over a week and cycle has started but need to speed it up

If I'm understanding what your saying is right then yes. If you add enough BB you could have no cycle or a mini cycle or a full cycle.

I say try it and test your water. I washed out my established tanks filter and pre filter into my new tanks water. I believe it sped up the cycle, and adding tetra safestart may have helped.
