Yup. Everything down to zero except nitrates and looks like you can start adding some fish. Nitrates are getting low too.

I'd say your pretty much there, I'd wait till your ammonia is at zero or almost zero but you can add the fish (very slowly) make sure to post pics of your stock as you go! I'd love to see it 
Yes but this was before I changed the water, I use prime, and I'm already stocked dont forget!

The ammonia is pretty much at 0. Do you mean nitrates?
