Brand new to salt need advise on 10g budget setup.

Hey guys. I never considered saltwater but when I bought an ro/di unite to breed South American cichlids I figured I might give it a go. I plan to setup a 10g reef with dwarf seahorses. I would like this project to be as budget friendly as possible. I would like to know everything I am going to need in order to set this thing up. I especially would like recommendations on what I should do for lighting. Thanks!

I'm actually in the process of doing research to start a Innovative Marine Nuvo reef tank. Here's my list.

Carib sea sand= $35.00

Kessil tuna blue = $300.00

Now of course theses are all "Name Brand" Items! (I'm even rolling my eyes)

But I definitely think you could do it under 300 if you just wanted to set it up. Also I THINK you may need a chiller for sea horses??? This is purely speculation of course. Somebody please verify.
