45 gallon stocking am I ok?

Hi I have eventually got my 45 cycles n I have moved these fish bout 3 weeks ago I have put in a dwarf gourami 2 German rams 7 neons 5 city cats n 3 otos in from my other 125 gal tank they have been. My question is am I overstocked I relli don't think I am I have done the checks n I ain't but what do u guys think? Cheers rich

Sounds fine to me.. I might even add 3 more neons to bring it to 10 but that's jmo
