What should i get I currently have a guppy stocked 10 gal

A bigger tank! But if thats not an option, 5 panda cory cats would work.

I have a 30 gal filter so I could do a 30 long and get a TON of cories

Most HOB filters marketed for 30 gals I would recommend for use on a 15-20 gal max.

Personally I wouldn't keep anything but dwarf or pygmy cories in a 10, but if you did upgrade to something more like a 20 pandas would be perfect IMO.
