Bristle or fire worm?

I am not sure what this is he has gotten a lot bugger since this pic, but haven't been able to get a good picture. Any ideas?

Plain old bristle..fireworms are all pink/red with pink/red/white bristles.... My bro found one coming out of the pvc piping under his sand( for his shrimp/goby pair) it had to be AT least 6-8" long!! Lord only knows how long was in there.. We were surprised his shrimp and goby were still alive....

Bristle worms and fire worms are one in the same I think. Harmless to healthy corals IME.
