Why my coral getting rot?

Not a lot you can do except a water change and make sure all parameters are correct.

How long have you had it and has anything changed in the tank recently (last month or so)?

No. I brought that coral around 1 n half month. I feed every 3 day. I didn't add any additives. I use instant ocean salt with RO water to change water 15% every week

Last 2 week I have put in phos guard. Is that effect with the coral
