They really vary on hardiness, I've had stock from adequate different places and always the blue rams are the but kicker of the tank

One could argue that color morphs do play a role in the genes that also affect temperament, like in the case of the electric blue rocio octofasciata (jack Dempsey)

My advice- get some tanks opened up for new stock, STAT.
I absolutely love Shell Dwellers and they can easily live in a small tank. They can be expensive, and most aren't very colorful but they are gorgeous none the less.Thanks that's what I figured. I think that some rams and maybe some dwarf cory cats would be a nice tank. Just want a simple, peaceful tank. TCC, what do you think? If it would work, how many would you add?
And is it ok to keep them in ph of 7.6? Or should i use a ph buffer?
