Hello,
I have a Discus tank and one Albino BN Pleco, I would like to introduce an Elephantnose Fish to the tank. My question is, is 86 degrees too hot for the Elephantnose? I have read of so many discus enthusiasts who also keep elephantnose with no problems but no one seems to discuss tank temperature. I have been on other sites where it says EN can go to 84 degrees. In speaking with one gentleman at my LFS, he says 86 no problem. I asked another person there and he said a bit too warm so I really don't know what to think. I really would love to add one of these little guys but I don't want to do so if I will kill him. Anyone with any info/advise would be appreciated.
Have a good day,
Lori
