Filtration flow rate (Neon Tetra tank)

I'm establishing a 20 gallon Neon Tetra tank. My current filter is around 300gph. My question is, is this flow rate too fast for Neons? If so, what flow rate should I aim for?

I do not see them having a problem with that, neons are strong swimmers and there will be dead spots in the tank where they can rest if needed.
