Has anyone had Corys while using Floramax for a substrate? Is it to rough a substrate for their barbels?

Is it a gravel? If so i have kept cories in gravel. Sand is a lot better for them to have so their little barbels dont wear down as fast

It is neither sand nor gravel. That's why I thought I would ask if anyone had any experience with it.

I used it in a build of a friends 75g and 9 months later the corydoras are just fine with very nice barbells.
