I have recently switch from feeding my S.A. Cichlids pellet food to frozen krill and bloodworms, Is there any benefit in one versus the other,

I have found that it seems like my fish like the frozen better that the pellet that is why I switch, I think that a happy fish thrives better than a not so happy fish

Frozen foods probably taste better and looks more appealing to a fish. Nutritionally, they are probably better too since flash freezing tends to preserve more vitamins. However, keep in mind that quality dry foods are often fortified with extra nutrients to compensate.

The best diet that you could offer your fish is a varied one. Try feeding pellets one day, flakes the next, then frozen, etc. Don't forget veggies. Even carnivorous SA cichlids need fiber and nutrients that can't be found in high protein diets.
