Any superglue GEL you can find will work. Just make sure you're using the gel kind.

I have a purple blade gorgonian that cant be exposed to air how would I glue this one?

put the glue tube in the tank and squirt the gel on the rock and then attach the coral. btw, that's the first time i heard you couldn't expose a gorgonian to air. i've done it many times.
