green anole help

If a green anole is going to be alone for 3 days, is it better to leave a basking light on the whole time, or off the whole time ......if those are your only two choices.

I'd put the light on a timer so the anole gets a few hours a day to bask. JMO

As in heat-lamp? What are your current indoor day and night temperatures like?

My house stays between 68-75 during the day. At night it might go down to 65 but that's it. Unfortunately his tank is small, 10 gallons so if I don't have time to make it to the store to get something to put the light on a timer he will be without a basking lamp for about 2.5 days. Will this hurt him?

Put him in a slightly warmer spot and leave the light off, and he will be just fine.
