Alright so I just wanted to see what other people's guppies do. I have 3 guppies, 3 rummynose tetras, and 2 golden wonder killi's in a 15 gallon tank. I started with the guppies and for as long as I can remember they have glass surfed. I thought they just where curious of their reflection but I was reading some posts saying it's an indicator of stress. The other fish don't do it so I wanted to ask some guppy owners what there guppies do.

Before anyone asks here are my parameters
Ammonia - .75 was at 2.0 but getting it down using FLUVAL
Nitrite - .0
Nitrate - 5-10
PH 7.6

My guppies tend to do that as well, especially right when I turn the lights on every day. Not sure, it's always happened to me though.

Na when I had guppies at one point they glass surfed every time I went by the tank thinking I had food for them.

Id say its stress from that ammonia. Your tank is obviously not cycled

There are a variety of reasons fish do this. Honestly, stress might well be part of it. Or, just the fact that the tank is not very big. In my experience, guppies are sometimes perimeter swimmers, especially in smaller tanks. They may also be avoiding other fish. Keep working on your ammonia levels a bit and see if anything changes.
By the way, just a heads up, the killis will be needing a different environment. They way too big and active for a 15g tank, and they will definitely eat smaller fish that fit in their mouths. You may well have other tanks, or a different set-up in mind. Just passing on some info. :)

Could be for food as well. My platys do this only when I go near the tank. They always after food. As soon as I walk past they disperse

Yeah I will end up moving the killies. My LFS is in the process of moving to a bigger store so petco was my only option. Normally it isn't a problem as I know the 2 aquatic specialists well, but one was on vacation and the other was off. So the rep filling in told me killis grew to 2 inches and thrive with guppies. Got home and did some research and I've seen videos of killis eating guppies and they grow to 4 inches. I'm most likely going to donate them to the LFS when they get set up towards the end of the summer.

My guppies don't do anything special, I'm starting to think they may be broken because after months not a single pregnant female.

I've kept and bred guppies for years, when presented a large enough tank they seem content to free swim, when in a smaller footprint (less than 18": long) they seemed to ride the edges of the tank regardless of height.
