New to hobby, just notice white sack like things growing all over my rocks. Does
anyone know what they are ?

Pineapple sponges it looks like but the pic is pretty blurry. Welcome to AA though and glad you found us here :)

Ya don't be.. they are a harmless filter feeder and are sign that your waters healthy.
