Mangrove Issue: Black Leaf Tips

Hi all,

I recently added a mangrove propagule to my new brackish tank, and the 2 leaf tips are turning black. Any ideas what might be the problem?

I have the same thing happening to my mango plant. It is most likely a bacterial rot in the roots.

Quarantine it. I take my mango out and rinse/ scrub it with my fingers. Helps a little. I am also adding plant food to the water while it is quarantined, hopefully it will bounce back and fight the thing that ails it.
