What's coursing the bubbles?

That's bubble algae.

That looks like a cyano bloom. This is a nutrient issue in the tank and can be resolved through time by feeding less, increasing flow, and using ro/di or distilled water at best.

So sucked all the bubbles out an on closer look of rock there is red spots so treating for cyano an see what happens

If no change I'll look in to bubble algae

That is cyno. I have the same issue going on right now and it is a pain to fight. I know the culprit and it will be a few months until we get the ro/di filter for the house

I'll look in to it to.

So far it has not come back after I sucked it out.

Look into Dino. I fought that and it crashed my tank
