question about my bristlenoses bristles

My bristlenose (as you can see in my avatar if its not too blurry) doesn't have any bristles. I read that females have less but mine doesn't have any? Will she grow some bristles as she matures? I actually like the way the bristles look so I'm hoping she does.

my females don't have any, but i've seen some that do. I have 4 female adults without any bristles.

Ive read conflicting things on this myself , some sources say females have fewer bristles then males while other say they have none

Oh alright. Ill just assume she wont get any. Oh well its still a pretty fish

the females i've seen with bristles don't have forks in the bristles like males do.
