I have a 10g tank that is overrun with snails and want to know if there is an easy way to kill them all

It depends how big is your tank

Nevermind I just say the ten gal... What do you have in the tank right now?

If I was you I would go with the assassin snail

A single dwarf puffer(pea puffer) cleared my 12g edge in a couple of weeks.

Killing all of the snails is almost impossible... If it's not planted and the fish are hardy you could look into a copper treatment. If not, assassins work well but they generally can't keep up with an infested tank. Hand removing them, while not the quickest, has been my most effective method. My loaches and assassins couldn't control the turret snails, so I go in about once a week and hand pick them. I get about a hundred at a time. What kind of snails are they? If you have Malaysian Trumpet Snails or Ramshorn you could consider selling them.

Start with one assassin. It may take a couple of months but they work perfectly. If one can't cut it add another.
