Then you are lucky right now. I have a large basement and it has already been flooded a few times within the past couple years. It so bad during hurricane irene that we had to rip up the floor until it reached the concrete and 1/4 of the wall had to be cut away. Luckily the basement is back to normal. So your moving soon?
