Hey,

So my tank is a 46gal bowfront, with the following
1 Hongi
4 electric yellows
5 Labeotrophues fuellborni

planning on adding 4 more hongis and call it a day. But i was wondering if i could have a lone fish in there that is the fish that people first see and go WOW! I was thinking a cobalt blue zebra in there.
If not no worries.

That would be cool and add the cobalt to the tank that would look cool also it would balance out aggression.

alright so a go on the zebra? Also do cichlids get better colours as they mature?

if you plan on adding more cichlids i hope you have really good filtration your working with a fairly small tank..

Yes i have an internal filter rated for a 125 gal also a large sponge filter and i now have a small internal filter for a 30 gal. I also do 2 water changes every week
