too much light for 10 gallon?

i recently switched my 10 gallon reef tank to using a 20,000 k 18 inch fluorescent, a few button polyps, mushrooms thats it

nope, should be fine.

It may actually not be enough ... Alot run 80 watts pc lighting as well as a power quad 96 watt or any number of MH pc combos just watch them for bleaching or stressing

Agree with Sadielynn... might be OK for mushrooms but not much else.
