What is this?

So there is this red spot on the side of my GBR and a few white things hanging off of her. I looked up anchor worms but I lilt doesn't look like that.

I know, she kept moving and wouldn't get close enough. Maybe I can get better pictures when I get home from work.

Ok so here is a better description. It looks almost like the scales are falling off. The other GBR is now missing some dorsal fins!
