Would this tank be overstocked?

I recently discovered AqAdvisor.com, and I was surprised by the output of my fish selection. While AA says it's 68% stocked, other research I've done would suggest this tank is overstocked. Would this setup be overstocked?

I have an Eclipse 3 hood/filter for a 30g.

I would pick only two tetra types and bump up to 5-6 cories; they're also schooling fish and need buddies.

Tetras are easy on the bioload. I would however be concerned about swimming room.

No, I wouldn't say that's overstocked. I'm not sure you need as many as 6 cories, but I'd personally get 1 more to make it up to 3. You could probably get away with a few more neon's too.

I would add more cories, see if you can take back atleast one type of tetra and just get more of another as they do good in larger schools and it looks good.
