Thats good. Looks like you have enough ammonia consuming bacteria. Just need the nitrite consuming bacteria to grow now. That generally takes a little more time. But, step 1 is complete.
I would also do a 50% water change in a couple of days if your nitrite doesn't come down to keep at in a readable level. Water change then dose your ammonia.

I would redose some biological booster. Which did you use before? One and Only?

Dont top up ammonia to 4ppm. Just redose to 2ppm. Do 50% water change to bring it down.
