Gotcha. I'll remove rock, drain it and see where I stand lol.

Tried my best to get pictures at varying levels. Drained about 1/4, removed some rock, still out of whack. What troubles me is it was not like this once I set it up, and it was full for about six days - til last night I noticed. Apparently my leveler is missing, this is what happens when you let your son play with your tools lol. How bad is it look? Should I move it onto the hardwood (which is probably linoleum anyway?!) as my 20g is perfectly level in the kitchen. Carpet has to be fully compressed. What's up with this? uploadfromtaptalk1426577553543.jpg

I just wanted to say, that tank is beautiful and you have done an amazing job with it. Do you mind if I sort of copy that hardscape?

That is enough to make me worried. I would either try to shim the front or move the stand out from the wall a few more inches. Hopefully its not the floor.

+1 too tall.and heavy to be leaning forward.. if your floor deflects when there is foot traffic or added weight present than it could pose a potential problem.

My marinland 60g had the exact same problem. Looks almost identical to how much mine was off too. But the only other big hitting weight item is the sand and a big ol rock.
My dad shimmed the tank, almost completely correcting that issue, but it's still slightly leaning to the left. We've been waiting for an open weekend to fix it.
I wonder if this is a more common problem than once thought with this tank and stand combo?

Just because it's common does not mean it's ok. Tanks should be as level and true as possible to alleviate unneeded stress on seals and glass.

So I heard shimming incorrectly can make it worse I believe it's the floor. Wouldn't I shim the back to raise the level? It's low in the back, height in the front. I've read things about shimming along the perimeter, basically the whole stand. Maybe the front legs, gosh I don't know. Can I do it without removing the scape? Drain it halfway and hammer some shims? Or do I need to get to the back.

The front needs to come up. And you will need to shim any cross support that is under the stand if any.

I have that same tank.it's in my basement and the floor slopes down towards the floor drain. That stand has a back board and two front feet. Shim the two front feet. (there is no cross support)

Perfect ! someone with the same stand Listen to him/her (sorry don't know which you are LOL)

If the water level is low in the back and high in the front should I shim the back too? Or will two shims underneath front leg. Now how do I tackle this. Drain tank completely and remove the entire scape? Or could I drain half way and hammer the shims in? This sucks so much lol. Finally have my dream tank and it's turning into a nightmare of problems.

Only shim the front. Drain as much as possible and find some help to lift as you slide the shim under. Probably about a 1/4" will do it

Solo unfortunately. Just afraid tipping would crack the glass. Have to be 100lb or more of rock. Could I hammer a shim under???

I wouldn't hammer anything. I think your best bet is to take out as much water as you can, then lean against front of the stand (gently and carefully!) to tip the stand back just enough to slide something under the front legs.
