36 gallon setup

Hi all,

I have an open 36 gallon tank and I wanted to know what a good setup would be for that tank. Any freshwater setup will be fine.

What other setups do you have now?

I am starting my first tank which is a 35g and when/if I get to a larger one I plan on making the 36g a planted tank and keep frys in it and backup QT as I don't have anything else yet.

If you have a smaller setup tank, you could move them to the 36g and have a larger community of the same fish and have a smaller QT if you don't have one.

I have a 10g with an African chiclid in it and a Betta tank. But I would like making it a planted tank with SA Chiclids in it if I can
