I have a few questions... i am still "new-ish" to the fish world.

What is Ick/Itch, and what are symptoms?

What are some symptoms of a sick fish?

They arent really good questions...but I just wanna know so I can protect my precious betta!

There are quite a few threads about which are worth reading, but I am sure someone with more knowledge might well put a little list on here for you, as I am only a newbie myself.

The best thing is to not have one of these tiny vase/ tank type things really have something at least 5 gallons, heated and filtered is also best and makes things easy for you, I also think having plenty of hiding spaces also helps the Betta get some much needed chill time so he can stop stressing. The main thing is keep up on the water changes. But as I say someone will chime in on this one with more knowledge no doubt about sickness such as Ich.
