FOGGY BOTTOM

I just got a new plant and the bottom of the tank has gotten this covering around the plant, kinda like fog, but it settles like myst it's really weird, WHATS UP?

is it part of the packing that came with the plant? if not its probably just algae and other gunk, in my experiences it can be beneficial, but a little bit goes a long way, cause it does look pretty weird. if it dosnt dissapear after awhile just make sure to siphon it out.
